I am licensed in Louisiana and earned my Masters in Clinical Mental Health. I have worked as a school counselor and have over 28 years in education. I have over 4 years of professional counseling work experience helping clients with stress and anxiety, parenting issues, & depression. I approach counseling from a cognitive-behavioral perspective in that patterns of thoughts and actions are explored in order to better understand and address concerns.
