Through commitment, self-compassion, and supportive connection, we’ll work together to create the life changes you are seeking. I use strategies from body-mind psychotherapy, Gestalt, cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness, and Motivational Interviewing approaches to help adults of all ages with issues such as anxiety, relationships, communication, self-confidence, depression, transitions, and life satisfaction.
