I am a licensed clinical social worker in Florida with over 20 years of experience. I have worked with clients with a variety of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, ineffective communication skills, grief, stages of life issues and career challenges. My therapy style is relaxed, patient and supportive. I collaborate with clients to determine the goals of treatment and the best approach for each individual. I incorporate client’s strengths as well as the areas of concern. My approach is a combination of cognitive-behavioral, psychodynamic, dialectical behavioral and solution focused therapy.
