I am licensed in Missouri with 23 years of professional work experience. I have training and experience in both DBT and CBT. I also very experienced in working with the Sanctuary Model which focuses on trauma work. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety. I help young people develop effective coping strategies to manage the demands and stress of their current situation. I have worked in a school setting for the 20 years and can assist in various school related challenges. I have also worked with young people struggling with substance abuse issues. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment.
