I have worked in the mental health and addictions field in both Illinois and Indiana with over 17 plus years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping adults and young adult clients with stress and anxiety, coping with addictions, motivation, self esteem, and confidence, depression, trauma, acculturational stressors and relationships. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment.
