Hello! My therapy approach integrates positive psychology while using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I enjoy my time being a therapist. In the past I worked for community mental health care, in adoption and foster care work, worked with the geriatric population, as a Special Education Counselor addressing the many issues children face in school and am now in private practice. I have experience working with client’s diagnosed with children disorders, anxiety and panic at any age, personality disorders, mood disorders, Bipolar Disorder, and have done much work in the area of trauma. In addition I have much experience assisting parents in dealing with behavioral issues and in doing work with couples. Also, it has been my pleasure to teach classes on communication, stress relief and Filial therapy in the community. I look forward to assisting you in finding your peaceful and best self.
