Hi there! I am here to help you, and to understand what you are going through. My goal is to help you do more than just “get through” it. Together we will move forward and start to prosper in whatever life has handed you. My approach is warm, down-to-earth and full of common sense. In a counseling relationship with me, I hope you will: 1) become more aware of what is going on inside you, 2) be able to accept the reality of that, and 3) discover ways of changing your thoughts, actions and beliefs to be more healthy and productive.
