I am a licensed clinical social worker in Indiana with over 16 years of experience working with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, grief and loss, relationship issues, parenting problems, career challenges, trauma, and ADHD. My therapy approach draws from a number of different disciplines including solution-focused therapy, cognitive-behavioral therapy, family systems, motivational interviewing, mindfulness, and supportive counseling. I am a strengths-based counselor who believes that everyone has positive strengths that can help them cope during difficult times in their lives.
