I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor in the State of Missouri with over 7 years of experience helping adults and youth with a variety of mental health issues including anxiety, depression, and difficulty adjusting to the variety of challenges life can present. I utilize various therapeutic approaches including Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Enhancement, Insight-Oriented Therapy, Mindfulness, and Solution Focused Therapy. I’m passionate about helping my clients feel heard and understood while providing the tools and skills necessary for self-empowerment toward one’s healing journey. I prioritize building a collaborative relationship with my clients to assist them in gaining self-awareness in order to make lasting changes to better manage life’s stressors.
