I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy — harnessing the power of the brain to reframe harmful thoughts that influence feelings and behaviors. I also utilize strength’s perspective, solution focused, and positive psychology approaches. When clinically appropriate for self-care, I use guided imagery/visualization and meditation. I have helped clients with overcoming stress and anxiety and depression. I’ve worked with clients to increase motivation, self esteem, and confidence in addition to guiding clients in coping with life changes.
