I am a licensed LPC and have a background in marriage and family therapy and also work with individuals who are struggling with anxiety, stress, depression, and other emotional states. I have worked with several different psychiatric diagnoses across most age groups in my few years of experience. My approach combines attachment styles with solution focused therapy.
