My approach to therapy is collaborative, systemic and strengths-based. I am interested in discovering meaning from your stories and life experiences. Through a deeper understanding of our own stories, we can begin to heal ourselves, our lives, and create the future we deeply desire. I use techniques from Emotionally Focused Therapy, Narrative Therapy, and Attachment theory. I am trained in the field of fertility and reproductive counseling, Gottman Relationship Institute and am passionate about supporting my clients achieve their goals.
