I am a clinical social worker licensed in Maryland with over 7 years of experience working with families and children. I have had the privilege of working alongside some amazing, strong, and resilient people to help them live better lives as they dealt with a wide range of concerns including trauma and post-traumatic stress, attachment issues, relational abuse, autism, ADHD and depression. My approach combines cognitive-behavioral, client centered, and humanistic strategies to help you gain insight by connecting your emotions to the resulting thoughts and behaviors in a strengths-focused manner.
