I have a master’s degree in mental health counseling from Capella University. I have more than 12 years combined experience in mental health. As a licensed professional counselor in Georgia, I have worked with others that are feeling stuck in their lives. My counseling experience can work to your advantage. My counseling approach is brief solution focused therapy and cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT). My goal is to help you where you are now to get to where you want to be. While this is online, it isn’t a “quick fix” and you will have to do some ‘work’ to get to where you want to go.
