My approach combines cognitive-behavioral, humanistic, psycho-dynamic, acceptance, and mindfulness counseling. I log into BetterHelp several times each week, Monday-Friday, but I have a limited window for responses and video session. I am only available in the late afternoon, evening. If this schedule is not good for you there are many clinicians on this forum with more flexible hours.
