I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, trauma and abuse, coping with grief and loss, motivation, self esteem, and confidence. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment. As we’ve all learned, life is complicated. It’s uncertain, undefined, and often-times feels uncontrollable. But it’s also “the only game in town”. So learning how to navigate it effectively makes all the difference to how we experience it. The good news is that we CAN learn those skills – no matter how old you are or how much damage life has already done. Shifting the focus from believing that life holds all the power to realizing that the true power is how you choose to respond to it. Healing is a process that has relapse and self-doubt.
