My goal is to support you, to deepen your capacity for self-reflection, acceptance, and life purpose. I will honor your strengths and help you to work through life transitions. In addition to private practice, I have worked in prisons, psychiatric facilities, all levels of addiction, in domestic violence programs, child welfare, parenting programs, and extensively with community providers. I offer traditional counseling, couples, hypnosis, and EMDR (trauma specific) counseling. I try to teach people neuro science of the brain and the mind body connection. I can offer skill building specific information (e.g., domestic violence, communications, coping, what medication management, inner child work, family of origin work, addiction treatment etc.).
