I am a Clinical therapist licensed in Ohio with over 15 years of experience working as a psychotherapist and life coach. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including grief, depression, anxiety, relationship issues, parenting problems, career challenges, and ADHD. I also helped many people who have experienced physical trauma or emotional abuse. My therapy style is compassionate, non-judgmental and interactive. My approach combines cognitive-behavioral, client centered, mindfulness based cognitive therapy along with grief and humanistic therapy.
