My experiences and skills come from working with diverse populations from all levels of care in various settings. I have worked in hospitals, community agencies, hospice, private practice, as well as higher education. I am passionate in helping my clients reach their goals by individualizing the modality I use for therapy. My modalities include an eclectic approach including Solution Focused Brief Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Person-Centered Therapy, and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy.
