I have years of experience working with adults, children/adolescents, and geriatric while providing individual, family, couples, and group counseling. I have also over 5 years of experience working with clients that suffer from drug/alcohol addiction, depression, MDD, anxiety, and severe mental health disorders such as schizophrenia, PTSD, Bipolar, ADHD, etc. I’ve helped many people who have experienced physical trauma, sexual abuse and emotional abuse. I am easy going and open. I am accepting and flexible. My counseling style is warm, collaborative, and welcoming. My counseling approach combines cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), humanistic, psychodynamic, solution focused therapy, person centered therapy and rational-emotive counseling.
