Do you ever struggle to set boundaries with yourself and others? Well I see you! I understand the struggles that life can bring and I want to provide a safe space to support you through your journey. I believe in supporting the entire person. You are unique and I think building on your strengths will help to empower you. I also believe in meeting clients where they are. Everyone deserves to a safe space filled with support. When we finally decide we are ready for change we need less shame and more compassion and understanding. We get there, by learning mindfulness skills, self-compassion techniques, affirming strategies, new skills that work as a tool box for life, and rigorous honesty. We have what it takes to solve our problems; sometimes we just need a little support, accountability, care, and strategy. Being ambivalent about this process is normal. We have all been unsure a time or two. Change is hard and I get it. Finding motivation is not always easy but it is always worth it. You deserve to heal.
