I am licensed in Arkansas with 9 years of professional work experience, specifically working with traditional and non-traditional college students with disabilities ranging from ADHD, learning disabilities, and mental health struggles. I have experience helping clients navigate stress and anxiety, motivation, self esteem, and confidence, career difficulties, & coping with life changes. I believe that you are the expert of your story. I simply serve as a partner and guide to help you see through the shattered glass that we all sometimes look at our experiences through. I believe that you have many strengths that will assist you in navigating things that challenge you, but perhaps you don’t recognize that power within yourself.
