I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor working out of NY with over 24 years experience. I have worked mostly with young, middle aged and older adults, as well as families and couples. I provide a holistic approach to therapy tailored around the clients needs and incorporating Cognitive-Behavioral and Client Centered Therapy with some Gestalt techniques. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns from self esteem, anxiety, relationship issues, family issues, ADHD, career guidance, parenting and decision making. I believe that everyone is valuable and can improve their lives and circumstances and that every issue and concern deserves to be treated with dignity and respect in a safe and therapeutic way.
