I am a marriage and family therapist licensed in the state of Delaware and Nationally Board Certified since 2013. I have a passion to serve people and have hope that all people have the ability to make positive changes to achieve a healthy and whole life. I am an honest, genuine, caring, and respectful person who enjoys building relationships and assisting people in their growth and empowerment to be the expert in their own lives. My professional experience entails assisting people with various challenges such as anxiety, depression, relationship conflicts, self-esteem issues, and grief and bereavement. My theoretical approach is person-centered focusing on cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness techniques, positive psychology, solution-focused therapy, and Christian Counseling.
