With a heart of compassion, I have worked in this field for over 25 years. It has been my honor to serve others by walking alongside them, to help them soar and reach their full potential. Many experience life challenges and adjustment issues that lead to the need for enhanced support and guidance. I will provide that support, and help you maneuver through times of life’s reversals through the use of evidenced based counseling tools, such as cognitive behavioral therapy, rational emotive therapy, and motivational interviewing, for adult populations.
