Together we will develop a plan that will help you overcome the issues you are facing, rather its stress, anxiety, trauma and abuse, parenting issues, motivation, self esteem, confidence, anger or substance use. I have experience working with youth, adults, and families and am skilled at meeting you where you are. You the client will always be the center of treatment. Don’t feel like you have to be alone on this journey. I have 3 years of professional licensed experience though have been working with adults and youth for 13+ years. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. It takes courage to seek out a more fulfilling and happier life and to take the first steps towards a change.
