I have experience with Depression, Anxiety, OCD, Relationship issues, self esteem and many others in the adult and college student population. I believe that all of us at our core want to feel accepted, loved, appreciated and want our lives to make a difference. My approach to therapy is always warm, accepting, and validating but at the same time encouraging growth from areas that seem to keep you stuck. I help my clients recognize the power they have to make small changes which can lead to a more satisfying life.
