Over the last 20 years I have spent the majority of my career helping people find their inner strength. Helping them become more confident in their abilities. I have devoted my career to helping individuals discover self awareness, become more assertive and willing to be vulnerable. I have worked tirelessly to help them become better people. Everyday I use my training, knowledge and skills to help others learn how to develop effective strategies to help them navigate the daily stressors of life. My professional journey has provided me with many opportunities to work with individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds. I typically use cognitive behavioral and solution focused approaches in my therapy sessions but have been known to utilize rational emotive techniques as well. I like to challenge faulty belief systems and encourage progressive thought. I will challenge you to look within for the strength to make your life better. My goal is to teach you how to help, depend on, and trust yourself. My goal is to help you learn how to make the best choice for your life and be confident.
