I am a licensed Mental Health Counselor in Florida. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, coping with grief, dealing with loss, parenting issues, & depression. I also have worked extensively with children and teens. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment. I am a cognitive behavioral therapist, which basically means I believe that our thinking affects our mood. Thinking negatively is a habit that, like any other habit, can be broken.
