Eileen is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who believes that to have a successful outcome in therapy, the client and therapist must first build a strong rapport. Once that foundation is laid, Eileen will use one of several therapeutic modalities, depending on the issue at hand. These modalities may include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, Client-Centered Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Mindfulness-Based Therapy, and Psychotherapy. An Integrated approach can be utilized as well. Eileen is known for being a good listener, caring, sensitive, and energetic. Not only does she have the necessary credentials, experience, and hours to be licensed, but she also has a lifetime of experience and wisdom to draw from, which is invaluable! Eileen has wanted to be a therapist for as long as she can remember, and is so happy to have the privilege to do so. :) I look forward to working with you!
