I’m Elana Lesse, a licensed professional clinical counselor in California with 6 years of professional work experience. I am passionate about helping clients to achieve positive change, mental wellbeing, and fullness of life. Whether you are experiencing new or ongoing challenges, my job is to provide a safe, compassionate, non-judgmental space for you to talk, process, and problem solve. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, motivation, self esteem, and confidence, & coping with life changes. I also have experience working with concentration, memory and focus (adhd). I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion.
