I am an LCSW licensed in Oregon with over 20 years of experience in working with people in advocacy, social work, and clinical settings. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, ADHD, trauma and abuse and parenting issues. I also offer support in skill building, emotional and behavioral regulation and exploring motivation, self esteem, and confidence. I have training in DBT and CBT as well.
