I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) based in North Carolina with over twelve years of experience working in varied medical and mental health settings with diverse populations. I have worked with people challenged by life stressors, relationships, chronic illness, cancer, depression, anxiety, grief & loss, etc. My approach is client centered, strengths based and value oriented. I strive to make the therapeutic experience comfortable, engaging, tailored and most importantly: helpful. My desire is to aid people in their continued growth even in the midst of some of life’s most challenging moments.
