I specialize in assisting clients with developing healthy skills , by utilizing various evidenced-based treatment modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Brief Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and a humanistic/ client centered approach.
