Educated at Antioch University, Los Angeles, I have worked with children, adolescents, and adults in a range of settings. My specialties include women’s issues, specifically Premenstrual Dysphoric Disorder (PMDD/PMD), anxiety/panic attacks, depression, grief & loss, marital/relationship issues, trauma, divorce/separation, and more. My approach is solution-focused where I focuses on cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) techniques with a client-centered approach considering cultural, social, and psychosocial influences. I believe you are the expert in your life and together we can work to improve your functioning using your strengths.
