I am licensed in California with 25 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, trauma and abuse, motivation, self esteem, and confidence. I have assisted many clients who deal with bipolar, ADHD and other mood disorders , as well as personality disorders. I utilize gestalt, transpersonal and family systems work and I find CBT/DBT techniques very helpful.
