I have experience working with individuals across the lifespan on a variety of issues, including, but not limited to, depression, anxiety, adjustment concerns, stress, relationship problems, substance use, trauma, and managing chronic medical conditions. My therapeutic approach includes utilizing mindfulness interventions, cognitive behavioral therapy, and client-centered therapeutic techniques.
