Hi! I am a licensed mental health counselor in Florida with a doctorate degree in clinical psychology. I began working in the field over 20 years ago treating children, teens and adults struggling with emotional and behavioral disorders. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns such as depression, anxiety, life transitions, low self esteem, career challenges, addiction, and trauma. I utilize a psychodynamic approach with CBT, DBT, Interpersonal Psychology, and Motivational Interviewing .
