I am licensed in Pennsylvania with 8 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with a broad range of life challenges, including mental health disorders and trauma. Most of my recent experience is with teens and younger adults. I believe that you are the expert of your story and that you have many strengths that will assist you in overcoming things that challenge you. Taking the first step to seeking a more fulfilling and happier life takes courage. I am here to support you in that process. I am currently trained in EMDR and working toward my certification. I am able to offer EMDR sessions to individuals interested in being a part of my certification process.
