I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in New York and have been providing individual therapy to clients for the past 15 years. I provide a non-directive psychotherapy approach which allows my clients the space and opportunity to facilitate their own healing and at their own pace. I provide a holistic, person-centered approach supporting clients on their journey to developing wellness in all areas of their lives. My areas of clinical interest are working with clients who are struggling with stress and anxiety, relationship issues, coping with grief and loss, & depression. I partner with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment so that healing can occur.
