I am a counselor in Michigan with over 7 years of experience working with children and families in an educational setting. In working with families, I have coached parenting skills, helped provide techniques for managing anger and anxiety. My therapy style is very client centered. All people are worthy of respect, compassion and empathy. I pull from many different techniques to (solution focused, cognitive-behavioral) to help find what works best for you.
