I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) who has experience working with a wide range of individuals, groups, and families. I have worked with children, adolescents and adults who are navigating their way through challenges such as depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, relationship conflict and parenting concerns as well as many other daily struggles. I utilize several modalities in my practice including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Seven Challenges, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Narrative Therapy in my practice. I believe every person has the ability to improve themselves and their lives, sometimes they just need a little help.
