I am licensed in Wisconsin with 12 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, parenting issues, motivation, self esteem and confidence, & depression. My approach is humanistic – I value seeing the whole person and making a human connection that leads to healing. I believe that you are the expert of your story and that you have many strengths that will assist you in overcoming things that challenge you. I am a strong believer in behavioral activation – that even changing one thing or taking one step can start a cascade of positive changes. I believe entering counseling can be that first step that leads down a road of hope and possibilities.
