I have an undergraduate degree in social work and a clinical master’s in social work. I have been in this field for 6 years. I also specialize in maternal infant mental health, which helps parents strengthen their relationships with young children. I have worked with all ages, from newborn, toddler, youth, teens, adults, and older population. I provide support for individuals coping with trauma, grief, loss, anxiety, adjustment, life transitions and challenges, coping with family issues, parenting skills, and providing CBT- Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and DBT- Dialectical Behavioral Therapy. Motivational Interviewing and self-esteem building techniques. I pride myself in being an advocate for others of all ages. I am a very easy-going therapist with a strength-based approach. I have experience successfully supporting others in their journey of improving their quality of life and being successful in supporting others journey of healing.
