I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker I have been licensed since 2010 and practicing since 2007. I enjoy working with others on your journey to personal and professional growth. I began working with families and youth in 2002 and enjoyed the work immensely. I love helping parents find creative ways to parent in todays changing society. I then moved to working with adults in crisis in 2005 and continued working with individuals with serious disabling mental illness until 2010. I began working with a wider variety of individuals helping individuals with anxiety, depression, ADHD, BiPolar, Couples, teens and children. I have continued working with this population for the last 10 years. Including working with individuals with mental health crisis. I utilize, solution focused and person centered therapy styles. Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Attachment work, and EMDR for working with all types of Trauma both big and small. I look forward to working with you.
