I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with over 12 years of experience working with adults, families, couples and children in a wide variety of settings. I have worked with clients around transitions in their lives, adjusting to new jobs, loss of relationships and managing new stages in life. I have helped clients with concerns such as depression, anxiety, grief and loss, boundary growth, family issues and loss of trust. Life is full of transitions and adjustments to new circumstances and it can come with grief, disbelief, sadness, anger, just to name a few. And, it can come with opportunity, resilience and real change. I am here to offer you authenticity, empathy, humor and understanding. My therapy style combines strength-based, client centered, cognitive-behavioral, and solution focused therapy with mindfulness and motivational interviewing.
