I’m honored to work with people seeking change in their lives, and offer a safe space to explore yourself, your relationships with those around you, and your sense of purpose. I also explore what appears to be blocking you from where you would like to be in life. I work with my clients to create goals and identify and work with your strengths and unique qualities as a human being who deserves happiness. I believe psychotherapy is tailored to the needs of the client. Through building a therapeutic relationship, any number of topics or issues may be explored. My approach to therapy is trauma-focused, which means current or past events that have disrupted your sense of self may be a theme in our work. I believe a common outcome of psychotherapy is building a life we can feel grateful to live. Beginning the process of psychotherapy can feel like venturing into the unknown.
