I am a licensed professional counselor and certified clinical trauma professional in Texas. I have worked in a variety of settings, including school, hospital, and non-profit. Currently, I work with adolescents, adults, and couples who struggle with anxiety, self-esteem, grief, trauma, and unhealthy relationships. I closely follow Cognitive Behavior Therapy, however I use a variety of techniques to assist with each client’s healing.
