I have experience working with clients to address challenges such as stress, anger management, motivation, self-esteem, and confidence, as well as mood-related difficulties like anxiety, depression, and bipolar disorder. Additionally, I have worked with individuals navigating the impacts of complex PTSD and adjusting to significant life changes. My approach combines person-centered and cognitive-behavioral, specifically dialectical behavioral therapy.
