I am passionate about psychology, neurobiology and wellness. This passion has driven my desire to constantly gather knowledge in the field. Curiosity and unconditional regard for human beings fuels my clinical work. I have been working in the mental health field since 2002. My background is in trauma, domestic violence and substance abuse. I specialize in the treatment of depression, anxiety, weight loss, addiction and trauma. I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in the State of Florida, a Certified Addictions Professional, a Certified Traumatologist, and Certified Sex Therapist. I have completed a master’s degree in neuroscience. I am currently obtaining my certification in nutrition counseling and in the process of becoming a Certified Clinical Anxiety Treatment Professional. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment.
